The Learning Webs Project

Learning Webs' goal is to enhance community access to learning opportunities both within and beyond the walls of Camosun College in Victoria, British Columbia. The project's premise is that the wise use of information technology can help bring structure and order to some of the chaos that the knowledge age has brought to adult learners. To that end the project has developed partnerships with community learning centres to deliver online Adult Basic Education upgrading programs.
